Outpaid is a public board. There are no ads, no algorithm, no approval queue, and no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the amount — nothing else decides it.
New listings are whole US dollars, $1 minimum, in $1 steps. Listings already on the board keep their amount until they raise or get outpaid by someone else.
Taking #1 costs at least $1 more than the current top amount. Paying less than that still puts you on the board, at whatever place that amount can take. Equal amounts stay in the order they were placed — the older listing keeps the higher rank.
Enter the same website or @handle again to raise that listing to any rank. The new amount must be at least $1 above your current one, and you only pay the difference. Nobody else can take your rank by paying that same difference — they pay from the top, not from where you stand.
App Store, Play Store, GitHub and similar platform links are keyed by their full path, so two different apps on the same platform don't share a listing.
You choose your category at checkout. Every listing sits under one, and the filter row above the board only shows categories that currently have something in them. If yours ends up in the wrong place, DM @chandrahqro on X and it gets moved.
Every listing shows how many times it has been clicked. Clicks are counted when someone taps through from the board to your link. The number is public, so anyone can see which listings are actually earning attention rather than just holding a rank.
Your listing is public immediately. Clicks go to the URL or profile you submitted, without query parameters. A completed payment is what claims the rank.
Paying means you agree to the terms and privacy policy.
Payments place a listing on the board immediately, so as a rule they are not refundable. We refund in full when money left your account and your listing did not appear, when you were charged twice for the same bid, when you were charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout, or when the site went down and your listing stayed missing for more than 48 hours.
We do not refund because someone paid more and your rank dropped, because a listing did not bring the traffic you hoped for, because you changed your mind after it went live, or because it was removed for breaking these rules.
Requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days — Creem controls that last step, not us. There is nothing to cancel: every payment is one time, nothing recurs, nothing renews. You can ask for a listing to be taken down at any time, though taking it down does not return the payment.
For refund requests, DM @chandrahqro on X with your product name and the payment reference from Creem. Requests are answered within 2 working days.
